Even though they've pulled back into the division and wild-card race by
completely dismantling the McCoy division, the Mississauga MapleDogs
have decided to entertain serious offers for Kevin Brown, Curt Schilling
and Rolando Arrojo. They are invaluable and can change a team from
playoff contender to World Series champs.
All are savvy, all-star quality pitchers, with perhaps the exception of
Arrojo, who can break out any day now.
The M-Dogs have been playing the McCoy division for the past month or
so and have went 16-4 including a 33-6 win against Edmonton and a 22-1
victory over Deadwood.
"We've been playing great ball of late, but we've got to be realistic.
We're gettin' a little old and the competition is pretty tough right
now. I think it's time for a deal." Gouldson said.
They are looking for youth, youth and youth. Mostly pitching, pitching
and pitching as well as high draft picks.
