Seven months after signing with Kamloops (now Albany), former Outlaw 2B
Robby Alomar has been cleared to play for his new team, following knee
surgery back in November, 1999.
Alomar was injured in game Six of the 1999 World Series in a freak injury
while warming up in the on deck circle.
During the off season, he signed with the (then) Kamploop orginization for
five years and 50 million dollars. While rehabing his injury, he has been
working out with Deadwood's AAA minor league team.
