PVBL: Deadwood Outlaws
Outlaws' Moving Day

July 10, 2000

In an effort to boost attendence, the Outlaws have officially moved back to it's original home of Seattle, Washington, effective the Outlaw's next homestand. The Outlaws will be playing in a brand new open air stadium [based on Jacobs Field]. Starbucks Coffee Company has won the naming rights for the new stadium, which will be called Starbucks Grounds.

Deadwood has not been shut out though. The organization's AAA team will move from Dodge City to Deadwood for the rest of the 2000 season. The Deadwood Gun Fighters will move into Hitchcock Stadium [Fenway], and take over the offices left by the parent club.

RHP Dan Miceli, who recently returned to the Outlaws, is the only hold over from the Seattle Mariner days.
