Medina (AP)- The Medina Mustangs announced today two trades, one of mega proportion. The trade that sent shockwaves throughout the PVBL had Medina super-reliever going to Washington for megasuperprospect Scott Pierce.

"Man, I cant believe we cant him!" said Mustang owner Randy Reese, sipping from a champagne bottle. " Washington needed a reliever, and we gave them one of the best, but to get Pierce, oh man!"

The celebration in the Mustangs front office continued throughout the evenning. "We are going to make a run at the World Series next year!" said manager Dick Chudnow, "Im not sure if I should make him my ace now or wait a bit."

In the other trade, Medina sent World Series pitcher Scott Erickson to Galena for a couple of pitcher wanna-be's, Jesse Wynne and Art Cliburn.
