Sled Dogs Continue To Roll

Deadwood(AP)- The Edmonton Sled Dogs improved their record to 15-4 last night by taking a twi-night Double header from the Deadwood Outlaws by scores of 18-2 and 9-3. "This offence just continues to pour it on. Incredible." commented Manager Trammell. "I know it won't last all season, but I sure hope when they cool off the pitching will step forward and pick it up."

Game 1 of the set was a complete blowout as Jose Rosado went 7 innings, giving up just 3 hits and striking out 9, and improving to 4-0 on the season.

-Greg Vaughn and Tony Clark each had 5 Rbi's, while Leadoff man, Vladdie Guerrero had 4 and went 5 for 6 in the contest.

Game #2 saw Tim Belcher improve to 4-0 with a 7 inning, 9 Strikeout performance. "I don't know what it it, but I'm throwing the ball like I did in my early days. It feels great." said Belcher.
