(Edmonton)...Montreal Royals slugger Frank Thomas was arrested early this
morning during a police sting on a known illegal cookie house. It is
alleged that Thomas tried to purchase a gross of the banned magical cookies.
Thomas was released on $2000.00 bond, and a court date has not been
determined as of yet.
Just earlier in the week, Thomas failed a league wide cookie test conducted
by the front league office.
