Pending league approval, the Outlaws have traded LHP Paul Spoljaric to
Richmond for RHP Mark Leiter. Outlaw GM Phil Raisor had this to say about
the trade, "Paul has done well for us, but I felt we needed someone that
could go deeper into the game, which will help the bullpen." Leiter has
averaged nearly an inning more pitched per start in his career then
Spoljaric.
The Outlaws will continue to search for another starter in it's quest for
the PVBL title.
