It has become apparent in our talks with other teams in search for another
hitter and added depth to our lineup that there is great interested out there
in acquiring Masato Yoshi. Out of idle curiosity, we the Hartford Whalers,
have decided to place Yoshi on the trading block for today only. We will
consider all offers submitted to us by 11:59pm, Central Time. We are looking
to either add a solid contact hitter to our lineup (preferrably someone with
great versatility) or pick up some high Amatuer Draft Picks in the process.
