Duluth, MN: Well Duluth GM and owner Andy Lund has dealt one of the last true
members of the Bjork Bombers of the PVBL's inagural season. Rodriguez,
arguably one of the best player in the leagu has been shipped off to
Edmonton for SS Nomar Garciaparra and RHP Jason Dickson. Lund then
notified the league that Nomar was dealt to Thunder Bay for LHP Denny
Neagle and RHP Santo Blade along with Mike Metcalfe and a 2nd round
amateur pick. Luis Gonzalez remains on the block but probably not for
long with quite a few teams interested. Also, the Bjork are looking to
unload some pitching for some hitting prospects, those interested, acquire
within.
