(AP) Ann Arbor - In recent talks with an undisclosed team, the
AllKnighters, engaged in talks for two topline pitchers, made a whopping
offer. They offered three great young pitchers Mike Baldwin, Dario
Veras, Gearge Eave and their second round pick for the two players. No
deal has as of yet been confirmed and it has been rumored that Ann Arbor
would also be willing to trade this great young pitching package
elsewhere, possibly even altering it if needed. They were reported to be
looking for a pitcher to fill their closer role and a topline starter.
GM Michael Kennedy feels that such a move would give his team an
outstanding shot at the playoffs.
