Edmonton- GM Brian Sculac has watched the Edmonton Oil KIngs lose 6
consecutive games, but he's not about to hit the panic button yet.
"Panic? Nah, not yet. Yeah, we've lost 6 straight, and we now only have
a 5 game lead over 2nd place Hartford. But look at the last 6 games.
They've been close games. Last night we lost a 10 inning game in
Montreal. Theres too much talent here to panic. This team can easily win
6 in a row now." Rumours still persist that GM Sculac is shopping rf Tim
Salmon around the League. "Shopping Timmy? Hell, anyone is available if
the right deal came around. Especially if someone were to offer me
Maddux, Schilling. Pettitte, Radke....Wouldn't you deal for those guys?"
