Ann Arbor(AP) The Cockeysville Crazies have made it official, they have
a new owner and a new general manager. The franchise has relocated to
Ann Arbor, MI, and taken on the new moniker the AllKnighters. While
still searching for a new manager, the new GM, Michael Kennedy, asserted
his position in a brief press confrence yesterday, "To a man this
franchise will be committed to building an annual contender. We plan on
building a stong foundation and moving this franchise up to the next
level."
Kennedy made further comments regarding the teams immediate future,
"We are going to take advantage of the short recess and evaluate all
areas of the team, those which are strengths, and those which need some
work. I think there are some great building blocks here and look forward
to the challenge of building the AllKnighters into a successful team on
the field."
A few of the players in attendence closed the press conference by
showing off the teams new logo and colors, a blue charging knight
against a crimson backdrop.
